Perished Weather Strip
We often need to replace perished weather strip. Over time, weather strips can deteriorate due to constant exposure to sun, wind, moisture, and temperature changes. When it becomes cracked, brittle, or flattened, it looses its ability to properly seal gaps, leading to draughts, water leaks, noise intrusion, and reduced energy efficiency. It may also allow dust, insects, or rodents to enter.
Car vs Door
This door was knocked out of alignment by a car, causing it to malfunction and not operate as it should. After assessing the damage, we carefully realigned the door and made the necessary adjustments to the tracks and hardware. We made sure all components were properly adjusted, restoring the door’s smooth operation and ensuring it functions as intended.
Replaced & Refreshed
We replaced the old, noisy roller door with a brand-new motorised one, complete with remote access, upgrading both functionality and noise reduction. The previous door was worn out and inefficient, causing constant disruptions. We handled everything for the installation to the electrical work, integrating the new motorised door with its remotes. The new door looks great, runs quietly, and has a smooth improved performance and reliability.
Garage Horrors
Unfortunately, we see substandard installations that need fixing, fast! This garage door was compromised from the time of installation, the spring support bracket had been improperly mounted causing it to pull away from the wall overtime. We fixed the issue by re-securing the bracket, making sure it was properly aligned and securely mounted. We then checked over the entire door system to ensure the doors safety for our customer.
